With over 30 years of experience in the field, the owner of our business brings a unique perspective into the upholstery, design world, and automobile leather work. Moe is the owner of Aran Upholstery AND MeerLeathers, with experience designing and managing medium and large-scale projects. His background in design and alteration, visual design, and clients management inform his mindful but competitive approach. Moe is fueled by his passion for understanding clients’ needs and focusing on translating ideas into projects. He considers himself a ‘forever student,’ eager to both build on his professional foundations in design and development, and stay in tune with the latest fashion strategies through continued design work. His hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to his most recent success at two major BC companies, where he led a team of professionals in complex projects. Meanwhile, he vastly improved the productivity of his team by implementing strategic project management strategies and ensuring a work-life balance for his colleagues. Moe believes mindfulness in the workplace is key to success - a tenet he lives out through his interests in gardening, painting, and social activities. Moe is currently working as a subcontractor for multi-projects, and is leading his own company in the role of director, and is always interested in a new challenge.
